If you can locate the pole number you may call into City Hall (304-536-1454) and give us the location of the pole and the pole number.
If you would just like to report the location of a street light outage you may call the Maintenance Department at 304-536-1020 and leave a message, please include the location of the street light outage by giving the closest building(s) and/or address nearest the pole.
