White Sulphur Springs Municipal Court
White Sulphur Springs Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court which deals specifically with cases involving city ordinance violations. Offenses brought before our Municipal Court are those that occur within the limits of the City of White Sulphur Springs. There shall be a judge, to be known as the Municipal Judge, who shall be appointed by the Mayor. There may also be an Assistant Municipal Judge, also appointed by the Mayor, to serve in the same capacity as the Municipal Judge and may serve in the absence of the Municipal Judge whenever necessary.
On all violations/charges, you must first enter a plea in person or by phone or appear for your court hearing. You may deliver payment to the Court in the following ways.
For CITATIONS: You can mail the original citation along with your fine and cost amount, with your plea information competed and signature on the bottom of citation to the White Sulphur Springs Police Department ATTN: Amy McQuade, 585 Main Street West, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986.
